Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work fast under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable in a team environment
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Ensure a positive guest experience by providing fast efficient service in a friendly manner
- Provide a product of superior quality prepared according to company specifications
- Maintain established speed of service standards
- Maintain a clean safe environment for guests
- Verify the accuracy of guests' orders
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Handle cash according to company cash policy if required
- Train and be proficient in required team member positions
- Restock stations and assist with business preparation
- Unload and stock inventory as needed
- Operate fryers tomato and onion slicers
- Use knives and sharp utensils safely
- Support service by working various positions including front counter Drive-Thru and food production
- Follow position training program policies and procedures
- Make guests feel special
- Perform other duties assigned by management or company officers
