Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Possess a positive attitude and team spirit
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
  • Able to use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food and serve customers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Prepare and serve food items according to brand standards
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
  • Follow food safety and quality guidelines consistently
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills safely
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
