Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable and punctual
- Possess a positive attitude and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- Able to use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food and serve customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Prepare and serve food items according to brand standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
- Follow food safety and quality guidelines consistently
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills safely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
