- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headset for taking orders and providing directions
- Capability to operate restaurant equipment like fryers, slicers, and grills
- Availability to work flexible full-time or part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

Job Duties
- Provide high-quality customer service by greeting customers and efficiently taking orders
- Prepare menu items following Wendy's standards to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle cash transactions accurately while operating the register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining and food preparation areas
- Operate general restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, and slicers safely and effectively
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies
- Follow opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and security
