Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to bend, kneel, and lift weights between 25 and 50 pounds
Ability to use headset for communication
Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, grill
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow directions and work well with others
Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately
Capacity to concentrate and perform duties with accuracy
Willingness to learn company policies and procedures
Ability to handle change and complete training programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in fast-food or customer service roles considered an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
Team player with strong reliability and punctuality
Basic math and cash handling skills are an advantage

Job Duties

Stand for long periods
Bend, kneel, and lift items weighing 25 to 50 pounds frequently
Use headset to take customer orders and receive direction
Operate general restaurant equipment including warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills
Work collaboratively with team members and take direction effectively
Accomplish multiple tasks within set timeframes accurately
Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment
Complete all required training programs
React productively to change and additional tasks assigned
