Job Requirements

  • Be in full uniform at the designated workstation on time
  • ability to read, understand and utilize guest check procedures
  • capable of making pizza products accurately following portion charts
  • ability to interact politely with guests
  • must complete tasks within assigned time standards
  • must maintain cleanliness and stock in work area
  • willing to perform additional duties such as runner, dish person, cashier or prep person
  • follow sanitation and safety protocols
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • capable of following supervisor instructions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial
  • ability to read and understand instructions and procedures
  • strong communication skills for guest interactions
  • ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • basic math skills for order processing
  • reliable and punctual
  • strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
  • work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
  • read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
  • make all products following the portion charts and prescribed procedures within average performance standards
  • interact with guests appropriately
  • wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
  • give verbal baking instructions and thank guests
  • deliver orders within the 6-minute door to door service time
  • assist guests with carrying pizzas or holding doors
  • keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
  • follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
  • perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
  • perform opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned
  • perform any other job-related duties as directed
  • may perform duties of cashier or prep person
