Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible hours during park operational times
- Comfortable working in a busy, often loud environment
- Able to lift and move at least 20 pounds
- Able to remain stationary and move around the park for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred

- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer-facing or high-volume roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Able to sit, stand, and move for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor trampoline courts for safety compliance and guest assistance
- Serve customers in the café area including food preparation and cleanliness
- Host parties and special events ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage front desk operations including membership sales and guest check-in
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Assist in daily park operations as needed
