Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Flexibility in all situations based on business needs
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to comply with appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
- General knowledge of food service or retail preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Taking orders and making accurate change quickly
- Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm
- Packaging all menu items and checking for quality and consistency
- Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
- Preparing food orders, cooking on the grill and operating the fry station as needed
- Cleaning the restaurant including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters and sanitizing food areas
