Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for cooking and serving others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Participate in all training provided to develop station skills
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Follow health and safety standards and ensure cleanliness
- Assist with daily restaurant operations as needed
