Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Capability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Willingness to follow brand standards and food safety guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and brand guidelines
Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service and assist fellow crew members
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Stand and move throughout the shift to fulfill job responsibilities
- Report and resolve any issues that arise during service
