Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to undergo training and work flexible hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily using fresh ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Learn and work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
- Support the mission of sustainable and responsible food service
