Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast casual environment is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with passion for customer service
- Ability to learn and operate all restaurant stations including cooking, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Basic math skills for handling cash and digital tips
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items following Chipotle's recipes and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas
- Handle cashier duties including order taking, payment processing, and digital tips management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Assist in inventory control and restocking of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
