Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Passion for helping and serving others, including both customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and team

- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills

- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand every day following Chipotle's recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and customer safety
- Support and contribute to team training and development
