Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and cleaning
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Willingness to undergo background checks and other hiring procedures
Job Qualifications

- Desire and willingness to learn cooking skills

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in training new crew members as needed
- Uphold company values and represent the brand positively
