Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment like registers, headsets, and grills
- Commitment to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or fast-food environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to stand and move for the majority of the shift
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with fellow crew members and customers
- Learn and adhere to food preparation and safety standards
- Use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills proficiently
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure quality food and excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant throughout the shift
- Stand and move during most or all of the shift
- Address and resolve any issues or situations that do not seem right to maintain a welcoming environment
