Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capable of standing for long periods during shifts
  • willing to undergo paid training
  • legally authorized to work in the country
  • physically able to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in customer service or restaurant roles is a plus but not required
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • enthusiasm for learning and growing within the company
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • greet customers and take orders accurately
  • prepare and serve food according to Raising Cane's standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • operate cash registers and handle payments
  • support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
