Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable and have a great smile
- A positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Ability to stand and move for most of your shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Prepare food items according to Wendy's quality standards
- Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining spaces
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and restaurant policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills properly
