Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of your shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- Strong commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food in accordance with Wendy's brand standards
- Provide excellent customer service and assist fellow crew members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
- Stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Address any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
