Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible full-time or part-time shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for food and customer service
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand at all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation policies
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Support efforts to uphold Chipotle’s mission to serve responsibly sourced food
