Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- capability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers and grills
- adherence to brand standards and operational procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours including potential weekends and holidays
- legal eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior restaurant experience necessary due to paid training program
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- positive attitude and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Positively interact with customers and fellow crew members
- learn and adapt to new tasks as part of the team
- ensure quality and service standards are met
- stand and be active during shifts
