This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise, not McDonald’s USA. The franchise owner holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, trademarks, and food products to manage the restaurant, but operates as a separate company and employer. Therefore, employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees are strictly managed by the franchisee, and not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and late shifts
