- Providing superior customer service
- Serving products quickly, accurately, and safely
- Meeting or exceeding guest expectations in quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency
- Demonstrating friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care towards guests and co-workers
- Operating cash register and handling transactions accurately
- Participating in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Balancing cash drawer at the end of shifts
