Job Requirements

  • ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)

Job Duties

  • Ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
  • maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
  • prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.)
  • stock, portion, and serve beverages
  • operate cash register according to cash operations policies
  • take orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interface with customers and provide top quality service
  • assist in prepping restaurant for opening and closing
