Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food according to Chipotle standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
