Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for customers
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Support company initiatives focused on sustainability and quality
