Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand following Chipotle's recipes and standards
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and dining areas
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
