Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service, cashier, or customer service roles is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking skills
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for serving customers and supporting team members

Job Duties

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist in training new crew members as needed
