Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, cashier, or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for serving customers and supporting team members
Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in training new crew members as needed
