Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Passion for helping and serving others

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and dining areas
- Assist in training new team members and support team collaboration
- Handle cash and digital tip transactions accurately
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities
