Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day in various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in stocking and organizing inventory to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and enhance team performance
- Support training of new crew members to uphold company standards
- Handle digital tips and manage transactions accurately
