Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and develop cooking and customer service skills
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to uphold company values and provide excellent customer service
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance career opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
