Job Requirements
- Be able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- Ability to follow brand standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Commitment to delivering great food and customer service
- Legal working age as per local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy's brand standards
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Follow health and safety regulations and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Participate in paid training programs to develop job skills
