Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn multiple stations in food preparation
- Passion for quality food and excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift moderate weight as required by restaurant duties
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn and develop cooking skills
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Basic understanding of food safety principles is a plus
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards in all restaurant areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient operations
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance career opportunities
- Assist with inventory and stock replenishment as needed
