- Prepare food by hand at stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming environment
- Follow food safety and quality standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during shifts
- Assist with training new crew members
- Support company initiatives around sustainability and responsible sourcing
