Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Legal authorization to work in the applicable country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on various cooking and customer service roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to follow instructions and maintain a clean workspace
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and apply company training to operate equipment and maintain quality standards
- Uphold Chipotle’s commitment to responsibly sourced ingredients and sustainability
- Handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently
