Job Description

McGuire Restaurant Group, LLC is an independent restaurant operator that owns and operates certain McDonald's restaurants under a license agreement with McDonald's USA. Although it licenses McDonald's logos and food products, McGuire Restaurant Group is a separate company and acts as the franchisee. They manage all aspects of employment, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not have any involvement in employment decisions or operations at these locations. Job Requirements
