Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and perform multiple roles
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service
Job Qualifications

- Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math and cash handling skills preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Support training and development of new team members
- Uphold company values of sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion
