Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to learn to use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Commitment to following Wendy's brand standards and food preparation guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers
