Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily following Chipotle's quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Attend training sessions to improve culinary and service skills
- Support company initiatives focused on sustainability and quality
