Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Capability to use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Adherence to Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic food safety knowledge is beneficial
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve food according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Assist team members and pitch in whenever needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Ensure an inviting atmosphere for customers
