Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
dependable and punctual
have a positive attitude
able to stand and move for most or all of the shift
able to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
follow brand standards and guidelines
willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience an asset
ability to work in a team environment
strong communication skills
basic math skills for cash handling
willingness to learn and take direction
ability to multitask in a busy setting

Job Duties

Prepare food according to Wendy's standards
provide friendly and efficient customer service
handle cash register operations and transactions
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
follow food safety and brand guidelines
assist team members and support a collaborative work environment
