Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- willing to use restaurant equipment like headsets, registers, and grills
- follow brand standards and guidelines consistently
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
- must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a food service or fast-food environment is beneficial but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- positive attitude and team player mentality
- willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- ability to stand and move for majority of the shift
Job Duties
- Prepare great food according to brand standards
- serve customers with friendliness and efficiency
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines
