- prepare real food by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves or can openers
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo

- participate in training to develop cooking and service skills
- collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency
- support sustainable practices in food preparation and service
- handle digital tips and follow company compensation policies
