Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items weighing 25 to 50 pounds
- Competence in using headset and general restaurant equipment such as fryers, slicers, grills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable punctuality and attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others
- Completion of all required training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take accurate customer orders using a headset or register
- Prepare and serve menu items according to Wendy's quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and balance cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining and kitchen areas
- Assist in stocking and inventory management
- Support opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
