Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment like headsets, registers, or grills
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and standards
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards during shifts
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to help team and customers
- Desire to learn and be part of a team
- Ability to identify and resolve issues
- Capability to stand and move for extended periods
- Familiarity with restaurant equipment preferred but not required
- Commitment to following brand standards
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and assist fellow crew members and customers
- Learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Address and correct any issues that arise during shifts
- Stand and move for most or all of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare quality food
- Serve customers and maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
