Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift weights of 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headsets for taking orders and receiving directions
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Willingness to adapt to change and learn new procedures
- Ability to complete all required training programs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
- Prepare and serve quality menu items efficiently
- Operate the drive-thru and register accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Load stock and manage inventory effectively
- Follow health and safety procedures consistently
- Participate in opening and closing restaurant duties
