Job Duties
- Make the magic by crafting coffee, refreshers, and food items professionally
- work smart by balancing speed and quality, especially during busy times
- connect with people by building relationships with guests and teammates
- keep it clean by maintaining a tidy, welcoming space for everyone
- bring the energy by greeting guests with a smile and providing friendly, efficient service
- obtain and prepare customer orders by handling merchandise, preparing food and beverages to brand standards, totaling bills, accepting payments, and following proper cash-handling procedures
- answer customer questions courteously regarding location, price, menu offerings, and promotions
- adhere to all company policies, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain a clean and safe workstation following all protocols
- restock supplies and products as needed to maintain inventory and organized storage
- participate in company and corporate training programs and apply knowledge learned to daily operations and personal development
