Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping and serving others
  • Willingness to learn cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, prep, salsa, cashier, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining spaces
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines according to company standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
