Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping and serving others
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, prep, salsa, cashier, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining spaces
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines according to company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
