- Prepare food by hand every day without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Participate in training programs and develop cooking and service skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support efforts to promote sustainability and responsible sourcing
