Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work full or part-time hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

- Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow company food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Assist in training new team members
- Support holiday closures and special events as scheduled
