Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Participate actively in training and development programs to gain confidence and advance skills
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Uphold Chipotle’s standards for food safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Handle digital tips and manage transactions accurately
- Support efforts in sustainability and responsible sourcing as part of company mission
