Job Requirements
- Regularly stand and walk

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- food handlers card and/or Serve Safe certification preferred but not required
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and guests
- team player attitude with a positive demeanor
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and punctual attendance
- prioritize and complete tasks critical to store operation
- adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- greet guests to create a welcoming environment
- handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- keep assigned areas neat, clean, and well stocked
- perform duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- work all front-of-house counter stations or other assigned station
- assist guests with menu selections, specials, club cards, and add-on sales
- wrap pizzas properly and provide verbal baking instructions
- present orders within the 3-minute door-to-door service time
- assist guests with carrying pizzas or holding doors
- follow cash, check, credit card, and food stamp transaction procedures
- follow void/refund procedures and process coupons and gift certificates
- operate back-of-house equipment like mixer, sheeter, and dicer
- make products following portion charts within average time standards
- store and rotate products properly
- mix and prepare dough and dough balls to standard
- sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts
- perform runner or dish duties as directed
